Lane Industries Announces Merger Agreement with Salini Impregilo S.p.A

Lane Industries, Inc. (Lane) today announced it has entered into a merger agreement with Salini Impregilo Group (MTA: SAL). The merger deal will provide additional financial strength to Lane鈥檚 operations, allowing the company to take a stronger foothold in the markets it already operates in, as well as expand its growth into more profitable markets, with pro-forma combined sales of more than 鈧�6 billion ($6.4 billion at the current rate) expected in 2015.

Suncoast Parkway project passes halfway point

Construction on the Suncoast Parkway extension from U.S. 98 to State Road 44 has exceeded the halfway point. Work began on the $134-million project in February 2018 and is expected to be completed in 2022.
